Then come up with all the solutions to this highly unlikely event, we would then see our situation from a totally different perspective. You know that we can deal with it and that in a worst case scenario is manageable. These useful reframing techniques can really help dissipate anxious feelings.

Exercise is another great way of helping anxiety, 20 to 30 minutes is all that is needed to get your heart rate up. Combining that with being out in nature, a brisk walk through the wood which will lower the stress hormone levels.
