Whether you have tried many diets over the years and we know diets do not work, if they did you would only need to do one. In fact diets fail 96% of the time. Perhaps you have tried weight watchers or slimming world, shakes, etc.. most of my clients have tried most things in the past. Just because what you have tried in the past has been unsuccessful does not mean you cannot reach your goal weight, it just means you haven’t found the right approach.

Using a combination of powerful techniques I am able to find any underlying beliefs, causes, messages, reasons that have stopped you from achieving the goal that you desire. When we find the root cause we can then resolve it allowing you to let go of the unwanted, unneeded weight and keep it off. So often weight it not so much tied into food but emotions that need addressing.
We can then rewrite your old eating habits to positive new healthy eating habits. Increasing the desire for smaller portions, healthy nourishing foods full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Remove the desire for unhealthy foods that are detrimental for your health and well-being. You will see and believe that you can attain and maintain the body you desire, the size and shape that you deserve. Drinking more water, wanting to exercise. Having more energy, loving and caring for your body and feeling excited and elated about your life and the future.
This may sounds unattainable, I promised it isn’t.
