Would you like to stop smoking? You really don’t have to struggle again,(I am sure you have tried to stop before) for 28 days when all you need in 90 minutes to make that change from a smoker to a non smoker. It really does not matter how many you smoke or how long you have smoked for all you need is a WANT to stop. I know it sounds hard to believe and so many of my clients over the last 20 years couldn’t believe it either but its true.

“Don’t know how it works, but clearly it does as it’s been the easiest of tasks. Roughly speaking I chose a difficult time to do this, having just started a new job, then going on a beach holiday with a wife still smoking a pack a day. Dare I say it, but I haven’t felt like an EX smoker since I came to see you. I just feel like me, who just happens not to smoke.
NO cravings or withdrawal symptoms, just mild curiosity now and again as to what it would be like to smoke (In a similar fashion to wondering what it might be like to be able to fly – ie nothing more than a fantasy)”
“I’m still not smoking which is brilliant, so I thank you so much again for what you have done for me. Unfortunately on Wednesday I was told that I was under threat of redundancy which isn’t great but still didn’t smoke at all. You have worked a complete miracle”.
